At AB and J Jewelry, we strive to provide quality craftsmanship and service. please carefully review our repair policy to understand the terms and conditions:
Responsibilities
- Accidental Repairs: We are not responsible for repairs needed due to accidents or mishandling.
- Manufacturing Repairs: Repairs related to manufacturing issues are only eligible within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days, we are not liable for any repairs.
Eligible Repairs (Under 45 Days)
We offer repair services for the following issues within the 45-day period:
- Minor Chain Snaps & Clasp Repairs
- Minor Cubic Zirconia Stone Replacement
- Minor Diamond Replacement (Note: This service will incur a fee)
Important Notes
- Wear and Tear: All jewelry items are prone to wear and tear over time, which is a natural occurrence and not covered under this policy.
- Post-Repair Appearance: We do not guarantee that the jewelry will look exactly the same as it did prior to the repair.
