Eligible Repairs
✓ Minor cubic zirconia stone replacements, 1mm or smaller
✓ Minor diamond replacements, 1mm or smaller; fees may apply
✓ Ring resizing and bracelet shortening, subject to approval
Additional repairs will be quoted at our current market price.
Repair Process
2. Once approved, ship your jewelry through FedEx or UPS with tracking and insurance.
3. Retain your tracking number for reference.
4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes
All jewelry naturally experiences wear over time. Handle your jewelry carefully and store it properly to maintain its appearance and durability.
Because of the nature of jewelry repairs, AB & J Jewelry cannot guarantee that an item will be restored to its exact original condition, appearance, strength, or durability. Differences or imperfections may remain or become noticeable.
By submitting, initiating, or authorizing a repair, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with jewelry repair and agrees that AB & J Jewelry is not responsible for damage, changes, complications, or other issues arising from or related to the repair process. By proceeding with the repair, the customer agrees to waive and release claims against AB & J Jewelry arising from or related to the repair service.
If you require a repair that includes a warranty or guarantee, we recommend using a qualified local jewelry repair shop that can personally inspect your jewelry and provide its own written warranty. By choosing AB & J Jewelry for the repair, you acknowledge that the repair service does not include a repair warranty or guarantee.

Proceso de Reparación
2. Una vez aprobada, envíe su joyería por FedEx o UPS con rastreo y seguro.
3. Conserve su número de rastreo.
4. El cliente es responsable de los costos de envío de devolución.
Notas Importantes
Todas las piezas presentan desgaste natural con el tiempo. Recomendamos manipularlas con cuidado y almacenarlas adecuadamente.
AB & J Jewelry no puede garantizar que una pieza sea restaurada exactamente a su condición, apariencia, resistencia o durabilidad original. Algunas diferencias o imperfecciones pueden permanecer o hacerse visibles.
Al enviar, iniciar o autorizar una reparación, el cliente reconoce y acepta los riesgos asociados con la reparación de joyería y acepta que AB & J Jewelry no se hace responsable por daños, cambios, complicaciones u otros problemas relacionados con el proceso de reparación.
Si requiere una reparación con garantía sobre el trabajo realizado, recomendamos acudir a un taller local de reparación de joyería calificado. Al elegir que AB & J Jewelry realice la reparación, usted reconoce que el servicio no incluye garantía sobre la reparación.
