JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY

At AB and J Jewelry, we provide quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Our repair policy ensures your jewelry stays in the best condition.


ELIGIBLE REPAIRS (WITHIN 1 YEAR)

 

Minor chain snaps and clasp repairs

Minor cubic zirconia stone replacements (1mm or smaller)

Minor diamond replacements (1mm or smaller; fees apply)

Resizing rings and shortening bracelets (subject to approval)

 

The first repair is free. Additional repairs will be quoted at our market price.

 

REPAIR PROCESS

1. Submit a repair request for approval.

2. Once approved, ship your jewelry using FedEx or UPS with tracking and insurance.

3. Retain your tracking number for reference.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments. Please ensure your package is securely sealed and trackable.

Jewelry Care: All jewelry naturally wears over time. To maintain its beauty and durability, handle it with care and store it properly.

Repair Expectations: Due to the nature of jewelry repair, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original condition. While we will do our best to restore it, some differences may be noticeable.
