In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, you may get an exchange no refunds . Accidental orders are not valid for a  refund such as  “ making order by accident “  or  “ not what you expected “ or “shipping delay  “ . We carry all kinds of jewelry if your first item did not meet your expectations we can get you it or we can make it  . We carry 14k gold  10k , silver .925 and diamonds  .

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Custom made items

Before you receive your exchange , our staff that is in charge of exchanges will inspect any returned items to check for wear and tear or misuse. We will not exchange items that have been worn or damaged. The product must be in new condition for you to receive your exchange .

Once an exchange is approved you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item back to AB and J Jewelry . All items sent back to Ab and J jewelry Should be sent with fedex or ups with tracking & insurance . We don’t guarantee we will receive any returned items so choose a reliable shipping service and make sure you have your tracking number.
