No Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including reasons like:
- "Accidental order"
- "Not what you expected"
- "Shipping delays"
- If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange. We carry a wide variety of jewelry, including 14k gold, 10k gold, sterling silver (.925), and diamonds. If your first item didn’t meet your expectations, we can help you find or create a piece that does.
- Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Shipping Instructions
- Once your exchange is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a reliable shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, with tracking and insurance.
- Retain your tracking number for reference.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, so ensure your package is properly secured and traceable.
