At AB and J Jewelry, all sales are final, but we offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy below:


Conditions for Exchange

  • No Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including reasons like:
    • "Accidental order"
    • "Not what you expected"
    • "Shipping delays"
  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange. We carry a wide variety of jewelry, including 14k gold, 10k gold, sterling silver (.925), and diamonds. If your first item didn’t meet your expectations, we can help you find or create a piece that does.
  • Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support

    • Customer support is available Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Pacific Time).
  2. Inspection Process
    • Items must be inspected by our exchange team for wear, tear, or misuse.
    • Only items in new, unused condition will qualify for an exchange.

Shipping Instructions

  • Once your exchange is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use a reliable shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, with tracking and insurance.
  • Retain your tracking number for reference.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, so ensure your package is properly secured and traceable.
