JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY

At AB and J Jewelry, we provide quality craftsmanship and exceptional service. Our repair policy ensures your jewelry stays in the best condition.

ELIGIBLE REPAIRS (WITHIN 1 YEAR)

 • Minor chain snaps and clasp repairs

• Minor cubic zirconia stone replacements (1mm or smaller)

• Minor diamond replacements (1mm or smaller; fees apply)

• Resizing rings and shortening bracelets (subject to approval)

The first repair is free. Additional repairs will be quoted at our market price.

 REPAIR PROCESS

1. Submit a repair request for approval.

2. Once approved, ship your jewelry using FedEx or UPS with tracking and insurance.

3. Retain your tracking number for reference.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments. Please ensure your package is securely sealed and trackable.

• Jewelry Care: All jewelry naturally wears over time. To maintain its beauty and durability, handle it with care and store it properly.

• Repair Expectations: Due to the nature of jewelry repair, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original condition. While we will do our best to restore it, some differences may be noticeable.

The gram weights of our jewelry are approximate and may vary slightly due to the unique craftsmanship of each piece.

Weight Variations

• The weight listed for each item may vary by -1 gram or +1 gram depending on the design and manufacturing process.
• These small variations are natural and ensure the individuality and quality of each piece.

Thickness Variations

• Chain thickness may vary by -0.5 mm or +0.5 mm from the listed measurement.
• These slight differences are due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and ensure the quality and uniqueness of each piece.

At AB and J Jewelry, all sales are final, but we offer exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy below:

Conditions for Exchange

• No Refunds: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including reasons like:"Accidental order""Not what you expected""Shipping delays"
• If you're unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange. We carry a wide variety of jewelry, including 14k gold, 10k gold, sterling silver (.925), and diamonds. If your first item didn’t meet your expectations, we can help you find or create a piece that does.
• Custom-Made Items: Custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact Customer Support call or text  909-685-9333 within 10 days of receiving your item.Customer support is available Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Pacific Time).
2. Inspection ProcessItems must be inspected by our exchange team for wear, tear, or misuse.Only items in new, unused condition will qualify for an exchange.

Shipping Instructions

• Once your exchange is approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a reliable shipping service, such as FedEx or UPS, with tracking and insurance.
• Retain your tracking number for reference.
• We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items, so ensure your package is properly secured and traceable.
